FISCH is made up of two trusts, Fisch Tanzania & Fisch UK.

FISCH Tanzania is responsible for the day to day running of operations, programmes and care for the children and families on the ground.

FISCH UK is made up entirely of volunteers and focuses on generating and managing funding, as well as collaborating with the Tanzanian Team to support the varied programmes and initiatives.

Planning & co-ordinating day to day social clubs and timetables for resident children.

Managing administrative staff, maintaining office infrastructure and keeping reliable organisational records.

Provides practical sewing and tailoring training, guiding learners in garment making and skills development for future self employment.

Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, property, equipment and the premises.
